I m new in this web site and Im French ( my English is very bad sorry ops: )

So, I have a problem with my MP4 digital player.
I followed the dead player recovery guide Ann Im in this step :

"Turn the player off and then back on. Wait about 30 seconds till it boots now open the MP3 Upgrade Tool again. If it indicates that there is no device connected see if you can access your player through Explorer. If you can not you may need to format it with Windows. My mp4 player is now an Usb Mass Storage.

And Me; I didn't have my backup dump.bin.

Who can help me to find this bachup for my player plese ?

lampard158 , you'll need to try various firmware dumps in the downloads section for your screen size. Many players look exactly the same on the outside and screen images, but the firmware is totally incompatible with each other.
