Problem connecting to PC

plz everyone put ur great minds together for this ok i have a mp4 nano look a like 1.5' screen no wrong with it everything works but when i connect it to my pc (winxp sp1) it comes up saying that it doesn't recongize it it shows usb unkown plz help me i don't want to have to buy another one like i said it will turn on and play everything thats on it now but can't connect to my 2 computers that i have in my house

Try connecting it to a different usb port then you used before. Or for 1 you also need to update your computer to sp2 it is highly recommended as that comes with many updates for hardware issues. If not try installing the driver adfuud from the downloads section here on this website.

MAn it sounds dunny but when I connect my player it does the same but when I screw out one of the screws it does recognise it ....

pocket nano di everything upgraded to sp2 today and try the file from the download section still nothing when i pop it in i get a yellow box in my right hand corner sayin Device not recongnized say the usb device has malfunction and windows do n't see it but yet that the only thing wrong with it everything else works like i just got it
movies mp3s pics everything is still working like brand new and i have been using the safty remove all the time
