Default Dead mp4 player


I have a Black 4gb Nano style mp4-mp3 player.... Its stopped working after 3 months try switching on at first I got just a blue screen with sandtimer on it but now i get nothing... Ive tried charging it again nothing and when I plug into my usb port I get unknown usb device. Can anyone help me sort it out....

dezray,
This has possibly happened because you have a hacked player. At present there are no 4GB chiPods, 2GB is the largest chip size that can be used.
You will need to follow the Dead Player recovery Guide to reset your player. Then you will have to try and find the correct firmware to load back to your player.
