help with my mp4 player

i have a samsung 640 k9lago8uompcbo.

i have been trying to recover my mp4 using RDiskUpdate4 and when i get to the recover firmware part i hit the button and it says "downloading the restorable main program" and only 5 bars comes up and that is all and i have run it for 8 hours before . I would like some help i am new and need to know if i am doing anything wrong . i have read the deaed player recovery guide.

coalhog3535 , maybe you could try using the Update Tool found in the MP3 Utilities instead to flash in new firmwares.

i get the same thing on the Mp 3 utilities ."downloading the restorable main program" and only 5 bars comes up and that is all .
I have tried many FW 's and cannot get any full firmwares to flash . I always get to this point and it never goes any further .

coalhog3535, i'll suggest that you re-do the Dead Player Recovery guide again and get the player back into ADFU state where you can flash in a Full firmware.
