AmedliDrej , is the player currently working now? If you are unable to get it to start-up, you will need to try various firmware dumps in the downloads section for your screen size until you get the right one.
If it is working, but keeps restarting, i'll suggest a format on the player. The guide is Here.

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.
