hi
i'm french so sorry for my english lol
i have a big problem with my mp3/4
because i try to make an update of the firmware and now my screen is black!!!!!
i give you a photo of my mp3

Can you say me what i have to do for my mp3

alexpabiot , can the player be detected by the MP3 Utilities Upgrade Tool now? If yes, then you need to try various firmware dumps in the downloads section for your screen size until you get the right one.

If it cannot be detected by the Upgrade Tool, then you will need to follow the Dead Player Recovery Guide Here.
