Playing MP3 songs my player will reboot

Hello Sir,

My name is Srikanth, I am from India seeking your help.

I have bought a new Mp4 player which includes Mp3, Video, Fm, Pictures.

It is 2 Gb Sony TD-28 ,
Firmware:srx-3.5.37
Core is pma300_010
Decive name is S1 Mp3 player
Productor is Wilson co. Ltd

Firstly in our country there is no proper support to troubleshoot these
players.

The issue is whenever I used to play Mp3 songs my player will reboot
automatically. And some temp files are generated and the files show up wrong information(ex:40Gb) , As I was checking your site I found a sucess story where he had upgraded his firmware and resolved his issue.

I have done the same and now i am in serious trouble.
The temp files issue has been resolved , But i cant see any display or menu it is blank.

I can use it as a USB PEN DRIVE.I can browse it save data.

Please help me regarding this matter.
At least i want it to play Mp3 files. As I travel long distance i have bought
this player for my 15 days salary.

Any kind of help will be Great full, Thank full.

srikanthnaidu, There is a good chance that the player you purchased has a hacked memory chip and in fact may be smaller than the 2GB that was claimed when you bought the player. The problems you were having prior to upgrading your firmware are all indications of a hacked chip.
You have upgraded your firmware with a version not suited to your player and unfortunatly it is not possible to tell you the exact firmware you need to recover your player as there are 100's of different variations each one for specific player configurations.
Your only option is to start trying other firmware until you find one that is compatible with your player.
There are a couple of PMA300_010 SRX-3.5.37 firmware in the download section
One here for 1.5 LCD
http://www.mympxplayer.org/pma300010...ump-df373.html
One here for 1.8 LCD

If your player stops responding and is no longer recognised by Windows or the Upgrade tool then you will need to follow the Dead Player Recovery Guide to reset your player.
