Hello friends, later the instability of the system of my mp4, I decided to make an update with a bin, but unlikely: the bin is incorrect, then it,my mp4 is not detected when I connect it with PC, and there is no more menu in the player just a screen white which ignites, I tested a method that I saw it in the forum but without result and I downloaded a small trick baptized Bin extractor but did not go, and now I remained blocked, I benefit from my mp4 in my studies for research since I lose it, thank you for anvance for the assistance.

pingdell, You will have to reset the player so that it can be detected again. Have a read of the Dead Player Recovery Guide it will explain how to do this.

Hi Friend, ok after I recover my dead Mp4 (thanks for your guide recovery), I still look for a compatible bin, and I downlaod about all frimware bin's from this site but no way...So I thought to show the picture of my mp4 to the members : 256 Mo frimware ACT_3.5.37, and I hope you for all everybody who had like my mp4 to extrect his bin with the tool of bin extractor and send to me or show me the link.
