Default Player don't switch on...always show a hourglass...no menù


my 4GB fake ipod (really 2GB) don't want switch on ...always stay showing a houglass (charging firmware) but that's all!!! No menu and so it's impossible to use or windows detect!!
I remember that firmware was 3.5.35 version ...please help me.

attaia, If your player will not connect to Windows and is not recognised by the MP3 Upgrade Tool you will need to reset the player as explained in the Dead Player Recovery Guide

ok but before this final problem...it had a defect...sometimes switch on but often it remain in blu display and cannot go on menu.i had fix it connect to pc !!! so i will reset at all ??bye.
