My amv mp4 player is dead... please help

I have a AMV MP4 Player, (1.5) and is dead. I don't have my dump file but I need it. I can repare my player with the dead player recovery guide but when I turn on my player I see just a blue screen. I think need the correct dump file but I don't find anywhere Please help... Thx
