I have checked it out at samsung here [web:1fbe163c25]http://www.samsung.com/Products/Semiconductor/Support/Label_CodeInfo/Nand_Flash.pdf[/web:1fbe163c25]"AG" is the memory density stands for 16Giga (16x10^9), the next 2 numbers "08" stands for 8-bits, so together they mean 16Gigabits. Divide it by 8 (1Byte=8bits), and you get 2GigaBytes.
So 2GB.

Mark2, 2GB indeed, if you can, get some photo evidence of the chip that shows serial number and any markers on the player that indicate the size the player was sold as ie. a 4GB sticker. PayPal can be a bit pissy about 3rd party verification of the fact. If you overwhelm them with evidence in your claim they are generally pretty prompt to act.

Have a look at this post and the comment by "dkjab"

Hi
I have just received a FULL refund from paypal and also an email from them with the sellers explanation which says "We are deeply sorry about it!It is the peak season during the Christmas and we may send you the item with wrong capacity by mistake. Please return the whole package! thanks!"
Needless to say I have told him that the player can be collected at his expense. Now I have to consider what to say in the feedback I leave him.
