Default mp4 rumble

hello this is my bought reader mpx on uxcell. After little time it has begun to give problems until yesterday when it was extinguished and it relit in continuation. Then I have tried it to flashare but now the screen remains always blue (sometimes flashes) and the PC recognizes it as USB Device and ask I the driver. How I can fix it? Thanks.

username , does the player still get detected by the MP3 Utilities Upgrade Tool now?
If yes, you will need to try various firmware dumps from the downloads section until you get one that starts your player normally.

If it does not get detected by the Upgrade Tool, then you will need to follow the Dead Player Recovery Guide as outlined Here.

i'll suggest that you open the player to check the processor's chip number, so that it is easier to locate the firmware.

the original firmware was 3.5.37 v.2.1b FM, it reset continously so I tried to put on it a 3.5.37 v.2.1b firmware, but it didn't work. After having tried several other fw's, it died... What kind of fw have I to put now? Do I have to do the procedure for death devices? Thx

username , likely that you might be running off an ATJ2085 chipset, as it is the most common for this version number. However, it is better to open the player and check the serial number, as sometimes it might be a different chipset.

So currently it does not get detected by the Upgrade Tool at all? Then you will need to do the Dead Player Recovery Here.

Once done, and a Full firmware is flashed in, continue to try other firmware dumps which you have not tried before. This is where the serial number from the chipset that you have located comes into use. It would be easier to find a related firmware dump with some kind of info, rather than wasting time and trying random firmwares.

The number I found on the little chip inside is SPT SP3767HM 06GS22. You're great. I'm waiting for you :-)
