fw: 3.5.37 and fw: B003G6B-V1.3

i tray to up grade my mp4 but now mp4 not warking and i test all fw 3.5.37
same is not recover

OLED 65536 1.5" matrix Color screen
with fm radio
amv vedio type formating
with speaker 2 side
voice recorder
ebook reader
power supply : max 10 hours play mode

during my mp4 working time i check the fw version and their is two:
fw: 3.5.37 and fw: B003G6B-V1.3
