Hello there.

My player is dead and I tried some firmwares but without success =(
Please someone send me full firmware and dump or post here.

xoxota,
It is not possible to know what firmware is needed to recover your player. The Samsung memory chip and the ATJ2085 are the most common used in these players and there are 100's of different variations of firmware.
Your only real option is to keep trying firmware till you find one that works with your player. keep an eye on the download section for new firmware uploads.
It may also help if you can provide a picture of your player and maybe some information on where you purchased the player that way if someone else has purchased the same player from the same dealer they may upload a copy of their firmware for you.

Hello..
I have the same problem!
My mp4 with
k9wag08u1a
atj2085h.
My player, turn on play mp3, play amv.. etc.. but the screen is blue!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :evil:
You must test with a full firmware, so you upgrade with a dump.

I have the same mp4 player.
You download the full firmware from:

then you upgrade this with:

And now your player function

You must reset the chip of the player for upload the firmware for dead player.
so download the mp3 player utilities 4.00
And upload the firmware

after this the mp4 player screen be blue..
Now turn of the mp4. After 10 second turn on. After 30s your pc relevated the mp4. now with the mp3 player utilities upgrade the firmware with.
