my probleme is i try to update my mp4 player and bad surprise i make a bad firmware i search more other in the site and try but dont want work
i deskribe mi mp4 is ipode clone black and rhight ipode on here face
i don't know a number of sheep because i dont know how to have
but i know the old firmware wworking goos is ( mp3 player cm 60009 - 501 2006/09/07 act_v3 .5.35) please help me to find this firmware because i'm tired to search and i use my mp4 only 2 times :cry: :cry: :cry:

fred_81dz, It is not possible to tell you what firmware will fix your player. If you add some pictures of your player and information on where you purchased it someone may have a similar player and be able to upload the firmware for you.
Otherwise I can only suggest that you try as many 3.5.35 firmware that suit your screen size as you can find. Hopefully one of them may suit your player.

If your player stops being recognised by the upgrade tool then you will need to try thr Dead Player Recovery guide to reset your player.

thanks you tadad i sand pics is the same about my avatar i wish you see him , i try sand other after because i can't attache directli pics i do't know why , but i want presis you my windows xp know mp4 and amv tools upload also know him i sand 20 firm ware or more but any one is good my probleme is i don't find the same i must open mp4?? for have information ? about sheep ? of i must make all operation you have make in the site ?

i have a ipod copy 1gb with sigmatel chip
it tryed to upgrade the firmware with the sigmatel upgrade soft and now it doesn't work. i don't have a copy of the old fw, but my computer still sees it as a usb player recovery tool. what do i do?
