plz help mp4 is dead
 

i have 2 mp4 similar in photo:

SRX-A4 v0.4 2006-05-16
MP-550CV3-SL 05/11/02 firmware was 3.5.35

i tried so many firmwares but no result i have recovered them both with firmware T12 v1.5 which i used before to make an mp4 like them i photo and the player now is ok ,now there is only light on them another thing the memory in both was 256mb and now it is 107mb plz help i don't know what to do plz.
