..::Felix::.. Sadly the recovery process is just a matter of trial and error to find a suitable firmware.
There are so many variations of each version of firmware now that it is not possible to recommend one which will recover your player. It took me over 3 months and more than 70 attempts to recover one of my players.
Some members have reported that they have succesfully used a firmware that previously failed after uninstalling MP3 Player Utilities and installing a different or newer version.

If your player is a 1.8" you can try this one here.

..::Felix::.. , it is almost impossible to tell you which firmware will work with your player. There could be hundreds or even thousands of 3.5.35 varants and likewise for the 3.5.37 too.

What you can only do now is to try every single firmware in the downloads section for your screen size until you hit the right one. But, it is also not a 100% success rate, it is all a matter of luck.

It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

..::Felix::.. , there are various reasons for the blue/lighted-black screen. Basically, what i've just found (i just merged some firmware) is that the UI30.res file causes it. It might be other files, i'm still not sure.
But generally, such screens means that the GUI is wrong and the player is unable to process the image files used for backgrounds. However, if you can still remember the key-presses to operate the player, you can still access them normally, only can't see anything.

i told my friend that the mp4 player isnt working properly...so i am buying him a new one...(or u guys can help)
by buying this one and posting the firmware...

Edit: what i mean is that...is there any firmware that is gonna be relitive to this one.....
