ATJ2051 need Help From Experts

Hi !
i have a problem with a couple of Mp3 players
it show always Starting... & without other function to access it .
I try t flash it & by using firmware recover but it begin show only colors & no text .
this is the full info found on player :

-ATJ2051
-HY27UF081G2M

i need the right firmware to repair , thx at advance
