my mpx player looping to restart (hourglass looping)

someone help me...
i've broken my mpx player

my mpx was totally dead... after that, i update the f/w....but something stupid happen... :?:
my mpx just displaying hourglass, hourglass n.... housglass again... even, my PC can't detect it, neither as a removable disk nor as ADFU device......

someone help me please...... :idea:

d3vil_may_c4re , if that's the case, then you might need to perform a Dead Player Recovery on your player.
