mp4 1gb 2" LCD E60,menu doest show after upgrade

I formatted my mp4,then i upgrade the firmware,with the one who comes in the CD inbox

now it turns on,but the menu doesn't show...and it works and play music

Firmware-E60_n2_v3.2-1G+FM.fw this is the one in the CD

i usea mp3 player 4.04

help me make it work pls
