MP4 Player - Half risen from the grave
 

Tis a 2GB RULU 1.8" TFT (128x160) using Firmware 1.127.405 (Sigmatel)

Mental note: Do not leave your USB player attached to a computer that is installing Windows XP! >< I did, and XP decided to fux with the drive, and did something odd to it that made it no longer turn on, and detect as an empty CD-ROM.

So I reflashed it without formatting it... Nuttin... Finally I was forced to do the full format (nothing to lose at that point) - and amazingly, it worked!

...almost...

The thing seems to be a happy USB drive that will play MP3's again, and it'll use the FM radio, and read text files. However, it no longer views pictures(JPG) or movies(SMV)! Whenever I select the functions, it simply says "No Files" - even though these movie and picture files are the same ones I had before the format, in the same folders. (Restored from backup)

Any help would be MOST appreciated! :lol:
