Dead Player

Hi,
Please could anyone help me.
I have a dead MP4 player and lost all data that I had on my PC when it crashed.
I want to try some new software but am unable to find the program used to flash the player, could anyone send me a link to it? I remember it had an icon like a space shuttle.

solaris, The upgrade utility is included with any version of MP3 Player Utilities. Look in the Downloads>Tools section.
