Default Really weird errors wth mp4 player, any help?

Hi,I have a black 1.5" 1gb mp4 nano clone.I flashed it with a firmware that was wrong and so i proceeded to the Dead player recovery guide.so i took the case off connected it to the pc, got it installed as a usb 2.0 adfu. However, i cant see the device in windows at all, whatsoever.no go.no removable disk icon.no nothing anyway continuing the story, my mp4 player was a version 3.5.37, and im sure it had file browsing,in the essence that you could see folders if you went onto a menu whilst it was in play mode.one other thing was im undecided as to whether the ACT version was 3.5.35 or 3.5.37,but i have a little feeling its 3.5.35. anyay, i try tadad's 3.5.37 firmware and a few others but there is errors.i try a 3.5.35 and, strangely enough it works.now, though,i am not allowed to complete the final step and flash a dump.bin file(i lost my old one,i made a backup once, before i reinstalled windows and linux)for some reason , the program always has an excuse and will only let me flash full 3.5.35' firmware to it.so basically i have a little piece of decorated plastic which has an amazing feat of showing you a blue screen after turning it on. please, if you have any ideas, respond.thanks.

the mp3 disk tool/manager gives me the error ''not detected removable disk! please check the disk connecting or rebbot system!''. so i cant format it.the upgrade tool finds it easy enough though.

littledaz123, Is the player visible in Explorer when you connect it? If so right click on it and format it with Windows. If it is not visible in Explorer but is detected by the Upgrade Tool then it is still in recovery mode as an ADFU Device in which case try and load another full version firmware to it.

the only full firmware that will give my player a blue screen is this one :

http://www.mympxplayer.org/full-vers...535-df435.html

is there a way to get a dump.bin for this?i would really appreciate the help.i can only load FULL firmwares onto my nano clone, and that is the only one that works.

if i try to load a dump then after putting this on it says(in the upgrade tool):
(if it reads the file)
Read or write device information failed! Please exit the program and see if the device is connecting!

any more ideas?

hang on.what if i cant see it in windows (tho having a full firmware on it)because its constantly staying on as an adfu.i cant figure out how to revert things back to mass sorage tough.i think updating the driver wont help much.i think its just gonna ask me to keep it as an ADFU.oh and by the way tadad, is that vista your using?

littledaz123, There is an ADFU recovery driver included with every install of MP3 Player Utilities, in the RDiskUpdate\Driver folder. I have uploaded the drivers here:
