Default BLACK SCREEN AFTER RECOVERY


Good day to all!

Please help me to fully recover my MP4 Player!
After i recover it from dead stage (hourslass mode only everytime i opened it) using FULL v.9.0.5.0 firmware, the screen bacame black..
no image at all.. just light and black screen..

For more detail of my mp4 player, here is what i saw after opening it:

Samsung 643 K9G8G08U0M-PCB0
Battery: 3.7v 280mAh

Chriz, the chip number you have listed is the memory what is the number of the next biggest chip. ATJXXXX
What was the players original firmware version?

I re-open my MP4 Player, here is what i see...

CHIPSET:
-ATJ2093
-Samsung 643 K9G8G08U0M-PCB0
Battery:
3.7v 280mAh

Any advice?

Chriz, If your player is using a ATJ2093 chip then you may have difficulty finding the correct firmware.
This is becauise they are new chips that use the 9.0.XX series firmware and there are not many of these firmware available.
I can only suggest that you try some of the others in the Download section:

Also be sure you use MP3 layer Utilities 4.07 when loading the firmware as changes were made to the Upgrade Tool for newer chips.
