hn, Sorry, Sunplus players are not so common so we do not have many members with these players I recall trying to find some info and tools in the past for people with these players but finding very little. Most forums I found mentioned that they were easy to brick and almost impossible to recover. I do not know if it is true but I also read thet the firmware on a dead player needs to be factory installed.
