ebay seller ugoole require firmware

This player is sold as a 4GB but really only 1GB - I need firmware for it - has a 1.5" screen with speakers either side at the bottom. UGOOLE have sold thousands of these around the world so I'm sure someone can help.

What would you like to get from the firmware? Are you looking for an update with new featuers?

Everyone has really been helpful - but nothing has worked - I have given up and returned the item back to UGOOLE which they requested because I had also complained about it being only 960MB and not 4GB - they said they will send me another.
