MP4 not working
 

I upgraded a theme onto mp4 nad suddenly.it stopped working..it is not even restarting..plss help...pc also can't detect as MP4 is not switching on also...is my player dead and what can b done.plss plss help....i would b very thnkful

most probably your player is dead.

give me your version of ur player and model size of screen etc, do i can get you ur right firmware just in case you dnt have your back,,and dont forget to read and follow the :dead player recovery guide..let me know the status of your player
