Help Me Please

I had a mp4 that was doing fine until I started messing with it. I was deleting some unwanted songs etc. Then I tried to play something and it didn't work...then I plugged it back in puter and now all files are GONE. It still comes on and everything but when I go to music or anything it says NO FILES...this is not the problem....I can replace songs ......however it wont let me do that. .......when I plug up on puter it and try to put song on...it says that there is not enough space that the disk is full however it isn't because i lost all my files omg please help I have a very unhappy kid over here because her momma just broke her new mp4

frustrated, You may have a fake memory chip or it may be corrupt.

Here are a couple of posts that will help you check and fix the problem.

Re: Help Me Please

I will read what you have sent me but could it be a fake memory chip if I had already stored songs & movies on it. It had lots of songs on it and I was deleting some.....I think I may have deleted something that I shouldn't have deleted.

frustrated, It may not be a hacked chip but the problems you are having are consistant with a hacked chip.
If your player is not hacked "lattesurf's" guide to removing memory hacks will not affect your player but will still fix the problem.
