See the busy sign and nothing else on my MP4 player

Hi !

I'm new on this forum.

I have two mp4 players (1GB) they name are D-Wave. I have trouble with one of them. When I turn it on I see the busy sign and nothing else. I don't know what should I do yet. I tried to do like this -> http://www.mympxplayer.org/dead-play...ide-vt567.html . When I plug in USB to the computer and my player is detected as USB device, I do as the author said and Win2k could not install device when I show the ini file.
Maybe somebody can help me, i'll be grateful
