Default need help with mp4 player


hi,

i have mp4 GMD333 player, but i can't format it, write any data into it, so i need your help :roll:

my windows finds it, but it doesnt work properly: it takes very long time to open it and even then it says that it not possible to recover any data.i tried formating with windows,mp3 player tools(several versions) but with no luck.
i tried upgrading firmware but i did something wrong or what couse it says no device found.

so can anyone help me?tnx.

atomix18, Try running an Error Check on it. Right click on the player in Explorer and select Properties\Tools\ select check now in the Error check section, when the window opens select both options and press start.

it says that windows can't complete the task.

btw here the error i get
