Computer doesn't recognize MP4 player
 

Hello,
My 1,5 inch white nano clone is not dead, it's functioning well. I can listen to my music, etc. But there's one problem: Since like 5 days, none of our computers and our DVD player recognizes my player anymore. It looks like it still recharge, but I can't put files on it anymore.

- It's not the computer, because it isn't recognizes by three different computers and a DVD player.
- It's not the cable, becaue I tried two different cables.

So it must be the MP4 player. Does anyone has a solution?

Anyone? Please? I can hardly listen to the same music for (at least, i hope) five years :)

Have you tried other players with the same computers to make sure the problem is in your player?? You tried something like changing the firmware before that happen??

Other hard disks seems to work well. I didn't changed the firmware.

Bit I'll send a mail to the person who sold it to me. He repairs them to, so let's try that.
