Please Help - my mp3 player has got blue screen

Hiya peepz , i got a problem , when i turned my mp3 player today it showed blue screen and tried to do the dead recovery mode but the pc says it doesent recognise the USB ? it shows it as a unknown device ? please help me i want to get it working again
