disk error and computer will not recognize it
 

I have a 2GB 1,5 LCD, 9.0.48. The radio works fine but the rest doesn't. It reads "disk error" when I try to access my music. My computer will not recognize it. Please help!!!

Some questions for you:

1. Has it always been like this?
2. Or has this problem only started happening?
3. Did you do anything before the problems started happening? Like updated the firmware on your player?

It worked fine until recently. I was hooked up to my computer, trying to add more music when my computer crashed. I noticed the problem when I got my computer running again, a few minutes later.

If you can try to format the player. I just had 1 player doing the same thing and when I connected it back up to my computer it told me in a pop-up right away that the player needed to be formatted. After I clicked OK and formatted the player it was all good after that.
