Yeah I contacted them already but haven't heard anything back yet.

I figure I won't see it for another month.

This is what my nano looks like if anyone has the fw for it or can get it I'd appreciate it.

New developments got a reply back from Uxcell they told me to try other USB cords and other PCS and format it. I can't do that because It won't even turn on.

And the other I have I gave to a friend and now it's says disc error. What is going on?

Now uxcell tells me to format but one of them isn't recognized by the computer at all and the other one says DISC ERROR I don't understand this.
