Help Needed Pls
 

I have an mp3/mp4 player, i dont know what make it is, pls see pic.

i ran the mp3 player firmware upgrade tool and updated from 3.5.3.5 to 3.5.3.7 using workingmodded.bin from d/l section, this is what it said on left before updating, device s1 mp3 players wilson co. ltd, and on the right it had same info, ie s1 wilson etc, i updated and now nothing, i have power but nothing but a blue screen, i have tried using swx repair and different dumps but no joy, when i click on list i get this info ,

device s1 mp3 players wilson co. ltd
firmware type f641
firmware version 3.5.3.7
firmware size 0x0074f200

can anyone please help?

Also when i try and run MP3 Player Utilities 3.57 and goto firmware upgrade it says, device switching failed, pls reconnect device.

I have now managed to get it into recovery state thx to your helpful guide, i have clicked on restore firmware and now the thing wont power up at all !!!
