my player was dead
 

i got problem with my player. i was thraing to update it but with this acion just manage to kill it. then i put firmware version 9.0.43 and i manage to repaire it but now i have problem with display, i can see white display with some coloured lines, but i can hear songs. can you help me about this? my mp4 player is with chip ctw500 and memory samsung, model iWIN i-N75W
