sadclown , if the Upgrade Tool fails to detect your player, then you will need to repeat the Dead Player Recovery guide again by shorting the pins. And get your player back into ADFU state before trying another Full and Dump firmware.

Re: HELP... I can't recover my dead player

hey sadclown i have the same problem before.but i manage to solve it on my own

Try this one this might help you.

1. use different usb port. or unplug other usb device from your computer.

2. try to used different usb cable.because sometime even if you mp4 has been detected and charging on your computer when you try to recover a dead player using the usb cable you are using theirs a error message saying the usb usb is not properly connected.

3.if the computer manage to detect it install the device allow the computer to install and if the computer look for AdfuUd.sys try to find it at system32 on the WINDOS folder.

GOODLUCK nanlang sayo TOL sana gumana yan sayo!
