philso , sorry i misread your chip number. It should be the v3.5.xx series, not v9.0.xx series. In this case, you need to try all the firmwares for the v3.5.xx series.

Also, according to your memory chip number Hynix H27UF081G2M, it is a 1Gigabit (128MB) chip. Not 1GB.
