Default Dead Player ATJ2091H

Hi,

I have read all over these forums to get as far as I have. I have a 1.5 inch nano clone. The chipset is the ATJ2091H. I have so far only found one compatable firmware for that chipset as it is the newer firmware 9.0.43 and above. I extracted my original firmware but I could not repair it. I guess the repair program does not support that firmware yet as I gathered afterwards. Anyway, so now I found the one full firmware and tried to flash it but I just get a blue screen on my mp4 player and the message saying flash not responding. Just so you all know, It is set up as an ADFU device. I also tried using product tools instead of mp3 utilities. Same problem though. I'm not sure if I need a dif firmware but it seems to be the only one around. Anyone have any suggestions or help? Oh, and I did follow the dead player recovery drive of course, shorted the chip over and over again.

Thanks, any help is appreciated.

Dustin

Update: I found a full firmware that has now allowed me to bring up the F: drive. Now I am looking for the partial firmware, a dump bin so I can flash the drive a second time and hopefully get it to work. I did format the F Drive, if anyone knows where partial firmware is that works, please let me know.

drob77777, If you tried to extract the original firmware witout any luck then your player was most likely using 9.0.48 and abve version. Because they can not be successfully extracted yet there are no dumps to offer you sadly. You may not be able to recover the player till the new tools are released.
