ahmedmph, If your player is not recognised by the MP3 Update tool then you will need to follow the Dead Player Recovery Guide HERE to reset the chip. It is not possible to tell you the exact firmware you will need to recover your player because there are so many variations produced by hundreds of manufacturers. I suggest you download as many firmware as you can find either 3.5.35 or 3.5.37 that suit your players screen size and try them till you find one that works with your player.

ahmedmph, Because there are so many firmware versions and generally when they are uploaded mainboard information etc is not included as most people who upload have not needed to open their player to find out these details, this makes it impossible to tell you which firmware are for which player specifications and what is going to work for you.
The ATJ2085H is one of the more common chips used so you have a better chance than most of finding a usable firmware. The only thing you can do is keep trying firmware till you find a match for your player.
