I go to present my problem.

Hmm...I have a mp4 player of mark "I-Joy"...I don't know if you know what mark is...(i'm sorry for my english again).

I had uploaded two photos of mp4 on question.

The problem is: I broke the firmware ( T.T ).
The firmware was 9.0.48. This mp4 was before of the new model. (The USB connection is down, not "lateral" (¿?). And mini-jack connection is right or left (lateral). You'll see in the photos.

On base board is written " SRX-A7-51 KEY V0.3 2006-09-15".

And, in the chip: ATJ2091H - FA015FA 1AL
The memory chip isn't mark, i don't know if is samsung or other mark.

The best I had can to do is upload the firmware 9.0.43 full version "fusioned" (¿? - joined) with "chindump mp4" of download section of your download webpage. I had can to do listen mp3 navegating with the typical blue screen -_-.

The question is "This problem can be resolved?"
