need a firmwar compatible with my Mp4
 

hi everyone , i have a problem with my mp4 Digitale Player , i need a compatible firmware cause i 've tested a lot of firmwares but no one of them was the correct one ,

the firmware that i need is in the picture , please help me i don' t want to lose my player

astyamix , do you still remember your previous working firmware version number?

If not, you need to open your player to identify the processor's serial number (eg ATJ2085, ATJ2091, etc).

the big mistake that i've made is that i didn't do a backup of my original firmware :oops: :cry: , and even when i opened it i can't identify the the processor's serial number plz helpp me ... :(
the firmware that i had in the past is in the previous pic plz if u can identify it !!!

astyamix , it's not easy to see which firmware version it is running through the player's casing and screen.

The processor would be the 2nd largest black square chip on the circuit board. You need to verify it to identify which group of firmwares to use for recovery.

hi i think i have the same company of ur MP4 and i was like u searching for firmware, ill send u copy of my request and so u can c the picture of mine and also the same logo of urs and if im not wrong this company uses rockchip
