Blue screen of dead players
 

Hey all. I recently killed my player despite all the warnings about updating the firmware.
Right after the update the player screen went blue buy I still could copy and see the files in it, after I turned it off I get a black screen, and a blue screen when I connect the USB, but the PC doesn’t detect it.
I tried following the dead player recovery guide, but as you can see in a photo of my player the memory chip is under the battery….even if I try to lift it a little it turns off.
Any ideas?
