I dont know how to install this firmware!

heare is the firmware that is the same as mine.

I opened the mp3 upgrade tool, selected the fw,
clicked begin, bit it said "Error"
help me!

peter_pham, Is your player visible in Explorer as a removable device or is it detected as an ADFU Device?
Was your original firmware version 3.5.35?
Have you tried using a different version of MP3 Player Utilities?
