mp3 BlueScreeen Loading bug help
 

hello, i've got problem with my mp3 player. I'll explain i charger my mp3 when it is finish i see the screenn is blue. i shut off. tomorrow when i want to open i've got the loading page blue and i can't see the menu. Please tell me what i need o do to resolve the problem. Thanks you so much.

know i need firmware please for that mp3 before i've got the problem i writhe the firmawre version

xsider , there are some v9.0.xx series firmwares in the downloads section here http://www.mympxplayer.org/actions-9...mare-dc37.html

However, the current firmware extractor can only work upto v9.0.43. So you need to wait till it supports your version if those in the downloads does not work.

If the player is still under warranty, i'll suggest you contact your seller for a replacement set.

what i don't understand is that i charge the mp3 when it finish i saw the blue screen with the loading icon.I don't care at the moment but when i open the mp3 on the tomorrow i saw the same think. I try a lot off firmware i don't know what i need to make i know is the 9.0.50 my screen is 1.5. I dont- understand how could they put that firmware if with can't put with mp3 upgrade tool only until the 9.0.43 :( Please i need help :wink:

xsider , the MP3 Utilities Upgrade Tool was made by the manufacturers, so it can support any versions.

However, the S1fwx tool, which allows firmware extraction, is not made by the manufacturers. But created by wiRe of S1mp3.de.
This tool currently does not support any versions higher than v9.0.43, so someone with a working v9.0.50 cannot extract the firmware for you to try on your player.

hi i know somebody who has got the same firmware :) can it possible i extract his firmware and put in my mp3. Please tell me if i is possible and what software did i need for the 9.0.50 thanks :wink:

xsider , as mentioned previously, any firmwares with version above v9.0.43 cannot be extracted.

There are currently no tools available to extract the working firmware v9.0.50 out from the player.

So i need to wait the mp3 firmware extractor support the 9.0.50 version
or try a lot off firmware 9.0xx with mp3 upgrade tool :?:

xsider , in the current state of your player, i'll suggest just giving all those firmwares a try. If you're lucky, they might work.

If not, if it is still under warranty, get it replaced with your seller.
