helo, unfortunatly i have still not being able to solve the problem, i have tried almost all the firmware for the 9.x.xx players and still nothing, i tried asking my seller repeatedly for the firmware but he has been no help. have you solved the problem yet?

Hi,
Have not solve this problem and do not have any firmware does work???
I have also tried all the firmware on this site without any progress...

Have also contact the seller for a refund for the damage player and because they have swindled me for 3GB. (The player have only 1GB and not 4 GB).
They offer me 5GBP if I keep the player. This is not acceptable so I will continue this issue...

Please let me know if you have some good ideas!

full firmware is on software-cd

search for ZX_923W. . ..bin

I have search for *.bin on my CD-ROM but can not find any firmware.

Thanks a lot to Franz ,
the firmware he sent to me saved my mp4 player

mp4 is a glacier alike one. it has 2" display and CTW500 chip. firmware version is 9.0.50 , ACT2097_75 .
computer detects it as an ADFU device, I used mp3 utilites 4.0.9, clicked recover button, selected firmware. The problem is to understanding chinese

, guessing language setting options, you have to find english

and sum other numbers
its 2GB
