hey guys! i think we have the same mp4 player, my problem is that my computer doesnt recognize or detect my player.. any advice? btw, my player is working fine, major problem is i can't add any files coz my pc doesnt recognize my player...

upgrading firmware is the last treatment in repairing. do not do it if u r not sure the problem.
each Rockchip's firmware is pair with it's own upgrade tool. nearly 0% for end user to get Rockchip's firmware & tool together.
*cielo009, try to change USB cable or computer's USB port or computer or check the connect of USB pins with PCB.

looks like you need to take it apart and do the tweezer trick on the flash.
