Anyone having this MP4 ???

This is my damaged mp4. I searched the whole world for a firmware like its original one and no use.

aspestus , do you still remember your previous working firmware version?

If not, you will need to open the player and identify the processor's serial number (eg ATJ2085, ATJ2091, etc).

Then with the serial number, it'll be easier to locate the suitable series of firmwares to use on your player.

As i think my firmware version is 3.2.16 but i don't even know how or where to find it.

Give all of them a try, if they do not work, no harm trying other version numbers.
