an 1.8" dosen't start

i have an 1.8" and if i power it on it freezes at the loading screen

doom, Have you been having any problems before this?
Have you attempted to update the firmware at any stage?

no ... i don't know anything about firmware and i didn't update nothing
i just turned it on today and wouldn't start

can i reset it somehow ... because it even dosen't connect to the pc :| ... i tryed recharginc ... connecting it to the pc ... press all the buttons to see if they are stuck ... and even hit him ... and still if i turn it on i freezes at loandin before welcom screen :|

doom, If you have MP3 Player Utilities installed run the MP3 Update Tool and tell me if it detects your player?

Also do you know what version firmware your player is using?
