MP4 player doesn't work, but works when connect to PC
 

when i turn on my mp4 player it didn't work. but when i connect it with usb cable to my computer it work perfectly. and when i remove the cable it turns off automaticaly. please help me.

it looks like a battery issue. Do you check if it's charging correctly?

I agree with f1blop, sounds like your battery is not holding a charge. Make sure the player is turned on at the main switch when you are charging it and give it a good 4 to 5 hours. You may also need to give it several charges. Do not use a USB hub either.

How long has this problem been happening?
If it's still under warranty, I would contact the seller and get it replaced as it seems to be a problem with the battery.

Also another possibility is the connectors are not soldered on completely to your player's board. Either way, if you can get it under warranty by the seller, that would be your easiest and best solution.
